OÖ Seilbahnholding GmbH is a wholly-owned subsidiary of OÖ Landesholding GmbH and, as an industry holding company, is responsible for the overall strategic management of Dachstein West in Gosau, Russbach and Annaberg, Feuerkogel in Ebensee, Grünberg in Gmunden, Dachstein Krippenstein in Obertraun and the Toscana Congress Centre in Gmunden. OÖ Seilbahnholding GmbH also holds a minority stake in Hinterstoder-Wurzeralm Bergbahnen AG.

The core business of OÖ Seilbahnholding GmbH is the provision of services for the operational and strategic management of cable car and lift facilities in the associated companies. The Group's own incoming office is the sales centre for all affiliated companies and products of OÖ Seilbahnholding GmbH.
The organisational structure is based on a divisionalisation of the locations with centralised service functions in the holding company. This organisation ensures a uniform strategic orientation with the best possible use of synergy effects.
